Please find a link below to a survey for adult carers accessing Trust services during the coronavirus pandemic: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/HWHCTadultcarer/

The Trust is working to understand the impact and experience of patients and carers during the pandemic and we would really value the input of carers of patients accessing Trust services.

From the Bipolar UK Worcester Support Group...

"The peer support team asked me to forward the following message regarding a survey on bipolar that they have put together as part of the launch of the new commission.

It's specifically intended for people who are living with bipolar and have received a diagnosis.

You can access the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/P2BCMDX

Thanks,

Will"

"On 30 March at our annual conference, Bipolar UK launched the Bipolar Commission - a yearlong inquiry to inform and improve the care and treatment of people living with bipolar.

Bipolar UK want to see a reduction in suicides and better lives for people living with bipolar disorder. With this Commission, Bipolar UK hope to encourage more awareness and research to help to achieve these goals.

We recently asked for experiences and views about receiving a diagnosis of bipolar disorder. The easiest way to participate in this call for evidence is by completing our survey. It would be amazing if you could complete the survey.

Thanks

The team at Bipolar UK"
